Richard Vann is professor of law at the University of Sydney, specialises in international and corporate taxation, and teaches bi-annually at New York University. He is a consultant to the Australian Taxation Office and Treasury, IMF, OECD and Greenwoods and Freehills, Tax Consultants (Sydney). He has formerly worked with the IMF (counsel in the legal department - Taxation) and with the OECD Fiscal Affairs Division (head Central and Eastern Europe and NIS program). He is the editor of Australian Tax Forum.
