Frans Sonneveldt

Frans Sonneveldt is a partner in the firm Mazars Paardekooper Hoffman Tax Consultants, department of Estate Planning, in Rotterdam. He is professor at the University of Utrecht, lecturing in Estate Planning as well as in Anglo-American Trust Law, a lecturer at the University of Leiden (International Tax Program), and a lecturer at the Catholic University of Nijmegen (Post-academic Specialization Course Family Law). He was a member of the Moltmaker Committee engaged in the preparation of a report on the revision of the Dutch Inheritance Tax Act 1956.
