Frans Sonneveldt

in Rotterdam. He is professor at the University of Utrecht,
lecturing in Estate Planning as well as in Anglo-American Trust Law, a lecturer at the University of Leiden (International Tax Program), and a lecturer at the Catholic University of Nijmegen (Post-academic Specialization Course Family Law). He was a member of the Moltmaker Committee engaged in the preparation of a report on the revision of the Dutch Inheritance Tax Act 1956.
