Klaus Sieker is a tax partner at Flick Gocke Schaumburg. He heads the Frankfurt office. His practice focuses on international transactions, re-organisations, joint ventures, transfer pricing and the taxation of trusts. He graduated from Hamburg University in 1984, where he also obtained in 1989 his Doctor's degree in economics. After qualifying as tax advisor, he joined Coopers & Lybrand in Hamburg in 1989, undertaking in 1994/95 an assignment to Coopers & Lybrand, New York. He joined in 1995 Flick Gocke Schaumburg, a multidiciplinary partnership of lawyers and acountants. |
