Jacques Sasseville
holds degrees in law and in accounting sciences from the University of Montreal. He is also Master in Taxation (University of Sherbrooke) and LL.M. (University of Montreal). He heads the Tax Treaty Unit of the Fiscal Affairs Division of the OECD in Paris. Formerly he has been counsel at the Department of Finance of Canada as well as professor at the Department of Accounting Services at the Univ. of Montreal. His recent publications focus on issues of international taxation.
