Hugues Perdriel Vaissière holds a PhD in Law from the University Paris-Sorbonne (Paris-I). He is currently working as a Tax Analyst at GE Capital Real Estate and is specialized in M&A schemes, corporate tax and international planning. Formerly, he worked as a Tax specialist at Cabinet Yves Lévy & Associés, a French law firm and gave several lectures at the University Paris-Sorbonne (Paris-I), Jean Monet (Paris Sud-XI) and HEC business school.
