Jörg Manfred Moessner

Jörg Manfred Moessner studied law and economics at the universities of Cologne and Munich. He is professor of tax law at the University of Osnabrück and director of the Institute of Tax and Finance there. He is also a judge in the tax court of Lower Saxony. He has been a visiting professor at the universities of Stockholm, Tilburg, Vienna, Paris II and Cambridge. He is a member of the Permanent Scientific Committee of the International Fiscal Association.
