John McNulty
studied law at Yale (LL.B.). Since 1967 he is a full-tenured professor at the University of California (Berkeley), specialising in federal income taxation and international tax law. He is a member of the Ohio Bar and of the Bar of the US Supreme Court. He was visiting professor at Yale, the University. of Texas, London School of Economics, and in Cambridge, Edinburgh, Tilburg, Leiden, Tokyo, and Hastings. He has lectured all around the world and is a member of the Council of IFA's USA Branch.
