Carlyn McCaffrey
received her LL.B. and LL.M. both from the New York University School of Law. She is a partner in the New York law firm of Weil, Gotshal and Manges LLP and an adjunct professor of law at New York University School of Law. She frequently writes and lectures on topics related to tax law, trusts and estates and matrimonial law.
