Joseph Lurie
obtained his LL.B. degree at WITS and his LL.M. degree at University of London. He is head of international tax at Chiltern Group plc, tax and business consultants (London). He specialises in international taxation. He is a contributing editor to International Tax Report and several other publications on tax law.
