Patrick Kelley

He is Tax Partner at De Bandt, van Hecke & Lagae (Brussels), member of DBVHL Tax LPG and Linklaters & Alliance Tax Management Group, Maitre de Conference at ULB Univ. and chairman of the legal and tax committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Brussels. He is experienced in international tax planning, M&A and customs, and has published in many of these fields.
