Richard Doernberg Richard Doernberg studied law at the University of Connecticut where he obtained his J.D. in 1976. He holds an LL.M. in taxation from New York University He is a member of the New York Bar and is currently a professor of law at Emory University (Atlanta). He has been a visiting professor at the universities of Budapest, Melbourne, Milan and Leiden. He is a member of the OECD Advisory Group on the Model Tax Convention, a senior correspondent of Tax Notes International, and a contributing editor of Intertax. |
