Graeme Cooper
studied law at the University of Sydney and holds LL.M degrees from the University of Sydney, the University of Illinois and Columbia University, where he also obtained a JSD. He is professor of taxation law at the University of Melbourne and consultant at Freehill Hollingdale and Page (Melbourne). He is involved in several tax legislation drafting projects. Together with R. Krever and R. Vann he authored Cooper, Krever & Vann's Income Taxation - Commentary and Materials.
