Philip Baker Philip Baker is visiting professorial fellow at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary and Westfield College, London University and barrister at Grays Inn Tax Chambers. He is also senior research associate (honorary) of the School of Oriental and African Studies, London University. He holds a LL.M degree from University College, London and a M.B.A. degree from London Business School. He has been a governmental advisor to Mauritius and Belize. He is the author of the book 'Double Taxation Conventions and International Tax Law'. |
