Hugh Ault
is professor at Boston College Law School and was visiting professor at the Universities of Heidelberg, Stockholm, Harvard, Uppsala, Aix-en-Provence, Paris I and Sydney. He was advisor at the Swedish Ministry of Finance and, the Ministry of Industry in Iceland, and currently advises the Ministry of Finance in the USA, and the American Law Institute. He is a member of the scientific committee of the International Fiscal Association. He is a special commissioner of the OECD in Paris.
