Giammarco Cottani, obtained his law degree at LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome (2003). He holds an LLM in European and International Taxation from the European Tax College (Tilburg University, The Netherlands and KU Leuven, Belgium)(2005) and obtained his PhD in Corporate Taxation at LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome (2009). Currently, he is an Adviser to the Italian Revenue Agency’s Deputy Commissioner. Until January 2011 he was working for the Transfer Pricing Unit of the OECD. His specialization is European and international taxation of corporate groups, transfer pricing and M&A stock offering plans.
