Otmar Thömmes
is a Master of Law (Rechtsanwalt) and Dr. Jur. He is currently working with WEDIT Deloitte & Touche in Munich as a tax consultant specializing in corporate tax law, M&A, reorganizations and privatization. Previously, he worked for the European Commission (Brussels) as a national expert (DG XV) drafting EC Directives on direct tax matters. He is a member of the Board of IFA and of the Board of Trustees of the IBFD (Amsterdam). He is also a contributing editor of Intertax.
