Tulio Rosembuj
holds a PhD in Law from the universities of Buenos Aires, Rome and Madrid. He is a law professor at the University of Barcelona (and director of the Institute of Public Economy and Tax Law there), associate professor at the University of Paris I (Sorbonne), general editor of the Bulletin of International Taxation and the Revista de la Economic Social de la Empress, and member of the Barcelona Bar. Recent publications focus on abuse of tax law, simulation and fraud, and environmental taxation.
