David Oliver
is a chartered
accountant with a law degree from Cambridge University. He is a consultant to the International Tax Structuring Group in the London office of PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in international tax matters. He is a joint editor of the British Tax Review and a member of the editorial board of Intertax. He is also a member of the Board of Advisors of, and a contributor to, the Journal of International Taxation which is published by a leading US law publisher. He is currently first vice-president of the International Fiscal Association.
