Paul McDaniel
studied law at Harvard Law School. He is professor of
law at the New York University School of Law, where he
also was director of the graduate tax program and of the international
tax program. Formerly he has been a member of Hill & Barlow (Boston).
He has been professor or lecturer at the universities of Boston, Florida
Harvard, Oklahoma, Uppsala, Stockholm and Leiden. He has also been a consultant
to the U.S. Treasury Department and to the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary.
