Luc Hinnekens
studied law and economics at the K.U.Leuven and received
his LL.M. degree at Harvard Law School. He was a tax professor at the
University of Antwerp and lectured at the universities of Vienna and Louvain.
Since 1961 he was a partner of Brussels office of Baker & McKenzie.
He is president of the Belgium branch of the International Fiscal Association
and a member of the Belgian Commission established under the EC Tax Arbitration
Convention.
