Bruno Gouthière
graduated from the Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA) after graduating from the Institut Politique de Paris. He holds an MA in law and a BS in economics from the University of Paris. He is a partner at Bureau Francis Lefebvre where he specialises in international tax law. Before, he was Deputy Director of the International Tax Office of the French Ministry of Finance, i.a. involved in the negotiation of double taxation agreements. He has written several books on international tax law.
