holds a Master of Laws of the University of California, Berkeley. He was professor of tax law at the University of Paris X, IX and at present I. Furthermore he is director of DESS and advisor for i.a. the UN. He has been visiting professor at several European universities. He specializes in comparative tax law. Holder of the Prix Dennery et Prix du Centre Français de Droit Comparé.
